Before you drop your items off at the sale...

Your items must be priced and tagged before dropping them off at the sale. Pricing your items is made easy with our simple barcode software. Click here to learn more about our barcode system.

Once the barcode pricing label has been created, use a safety pin to attach the card and barcode to the clothing items. For larger non-clothing items, be sure to use tape or cable ties to secure the card to the item. On larger items that are hard to tag, such as shoes, we recommend attaching a small piece of tape with your consignor ID and the item price, in addition to the pricing card.

Finally, please arrange clothing according to gender and size.

Important Reminder:

You must bring at least 15 items to participate as a consignor.
There is a limit of 100 items per consignor.
There is a limit of 5 women's items per consignor.

  1. When it says to print on card stock, can you print on regular paper and then glue or tape to a index card? Or what type of card stock would you suggest?

  2. The BEST way to do it is to get 110 lb cardstock and print. You can purchase it by the sheet at Hobby Lobby back in the scrapbooking section.

If you have an ink jet printer, just put it in the tray and print. If you have a laser printer, you may need to put it in the manual feed tray to print the cardstock.

  3. im a little confused about cardstock... do we have to use that (im not real sure what it is) or can we print and paste to a index card?

  4. You can do that...it's just extra work for you. Cardstock is thick like an index card and comes in 8 1/2 x 11 for your printer. For tonight, do what you can and use what you have! Next time your at Hobby Lobby, go back to the scrapbook section and you can buy it by the sheet. It's half price this week. I think Office Depot will also sell it to you by the sheet in their copy department. You need 110 lb cardstock, not 65 lb. Good Luck!!

  5. Walmart carries the white cardstock in 110 weight, 150 sheets for $5-$6. Its with the regular copy paper supplies. Can't miss it with the giant "card stock" at the top of the package.
